A Native Hawaiian from Molokaʻi, Tapu has a deep-rooted commitment to preserving and protecting Hawaii's natural resources and promoting Native Hawaiian culture and the arts.

Ian Masterson

Hailing from Hakipuʻu, Ian's family has lived in the area for generations, deeply rooting him in the local community. He brings a wealth of local knowledge and passion for education.

Francis Palani Sinenci

Uncle Francis, also known as Kumu Palani, is a native of Hāna, Maui who is dedicated to reviving kūkulu hale (traditional Hawaiian architecture) and uhau humu pōhaku (masonry).

Uncle Keoki Fukumitsu, the founding member of our organization, also known as Kalo Man, touched many with his open personality and willingness to share everything from a meal made from Kalo grown on his 'āina, to knowledge on politics, sustainable living, and Native Hawaiian agriculture.
